Features

PSI specially designed PFD refrigeration air dryer with aim of combination of reliability and optimum performance. PFD refrigeration air dryer is designed to remove water vapour from the compressed air by cooling through a highly efficient refrigerant circuit. PFD provides air quality in accordance with ISO8573.1 Class 4 for water vapour.

PFD has been designed with end user in mind and with easily and fast removable panel, user can easy access to the internal major refrigeration components for maintenance and cleaning.

All models comply with the requirement of electromagnetic compatibility directive 2004/108/EC, 

low voltage directive 2006/95/EC as well as with the machinery directive 2006/42/EC.

 

PFD36 to PFD240 was equipped with stainless steel plated heat exchanger which is robust to the harsh enviroment and better thermal efficiency. The dryer was designed compact with the use of the stainless steel plated heat exchanger which allows easy installation of the dryer.

PFD330 to PFD10800 was equipped with air to air heat exchanger and the demister condensate separator made from aluminum are compressed in one module which results in a compact, rugged and energy saving design. The heat exchanger is designed by PSI engineering team and tested in our laboratories capable of achieving the optimum performance . PFD special design air circuit causes low flow velocities and therefore results in very good condensate separation and very low-pressure drop.

                                    PFD refrigeration air dryer are equipped with mechanical float drain or 

                                    electrical timed drain and other intelligent drain are 

                                    available upon request. Only reputable and reliable components is 

                                    used for PFD refrigeration air dryer.

PFD refrigeration dryer was designed with the environmental in mind and uses only enviromental friendly refrigerant gas.

Nominal dryer flow rated at inlet pressure 7 barg, inlet air temperature 42℃, ambient temperature 38℃ and dew point 3℃ to 10℃.

 

Water cooled option is available from PFD720 and above.
